Connected PNG

About

Established in 2016, Connected PNG has an emphasis on providing outstanding access to the world’s leading technologies throughout the Papua New Guinea & Pacific Islands regions.

About Connected PNG

Established in 2020, ‘Connected PNG’ was setup as part of the localization strategy of the parent company ‘Connected South Pacific’ Established 2017 in Brisbane, Australia. Our approach is ensuring that organizations can maintain a ‘human touch’ with us and move away from the world of providing mass
service and towards mass personalization.

Our mission is to enable our clients to capture economic value from the digital transformation of their businesses by developing, implementing and managing world class, secure and agile infrastructure solutions.

Connected PNG’s emphasis is on being able to provide all Papua New Guineans outstanding access to the world’s leading technologies throughout Papua New Guinea, from the cities to the provinces all the way out to the villages. We aim to create opportunities to transform lives, communities, and the
environment through the combined power of human collaboration and networked connections.

Dedicated to the PNG markets, our Digital Infrastructure, Data Centre, Electrical, ICT, Security & UAV solutions enable our clients to take advantage of new digital revenue streams and the rich data insights generated by those interactions.

To ensure our clients have access to a wide range of technologies and best-of-breed solutions, we develop and maintain strong partnership agreements with market leaders and global manufacturers. Being vendor neutral we look after the client’s best interests to provide fit for purpose solutions that further enable them to reach their business goals and outcomes.

We deliver this technology expertise through a full life cycle model of professional, managed, and support services including strategy, consulting, implementation and design. It is therefore vital that the mission critical infrastructure and solutions are designed, maintained and operated with high-availability, longevity and efficiency in mind especially suited for the PNG climate.

Connected PNG offers a wide range of Datacenter, electrical, technology, UAV Solutions and services enabling businesses to design, implement, optimize, test, operate, audit and maintain their mission critical infrastructure. By understanding the customer environment, we can relate to the struggles of work productivity and the frustrations that come from these daily if not hourly outages and we look to ensure our solutions meets and exceeds the business expectations.

Our Social Responsibility

Project Based
Initiatives

Connected PNG is always looking for ways to engage with and improve the communities in which we operate. This is particularly the case in remote areas where our projects are based.

Our social responsibility mandate ensures that every project we undertake has a core component that focusses on giving back to local communities.

Over the years, Connected PNG people have undertaken a range of activities and initiatives including organised charity events, upgrades to community and social infrastructure and the donation of sporting equipment and educational supplies.

Staff Charity
Events

At Connected PNG, we encourage our team members to participate in company organised charity events. We also encourage staff-driven events and activities along with volunteering opportunities, supporting these by contributing or donating dollar matching funds.

Young Children’s
Mentor Club (YCMC)

Working with Young Children’s Mentor Club on a national partnership arrangement, we raise money for the foundation and assist with donating ‘mentoring experiences’ to PNGs youth. The Young Children’s Mentors Club (YCMC) started out in 2014 as a collective of local Papua New Guinea community leaders and business men and women. This group of volunteers, led by Mr. Felix Koma, had a vision to guide and mentor young people as future leaders of their communities. Through this vision, those young people would be given the skills, knowledge and confidence to set them on a path of education, leadership and possible future careers.
